Low-Calorie Vegetable Soup

Ingredients
  Onion 1 Large
  Carrots 4
  Celery stalks 4
  Cabbage head 1⁄2
  Canned tomato juice 46 Ounce
  Bouillon cubes 6
  Bay leaf 1
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Combine all ingredients with 3 cups water in kettle; blend well.
Simmer for 1 hour or until vegetables are tender.
