Raw Butternut Squash Soup

Ingredients
  Butternut squash 2 Cup (32 tbs), chop
  Almond milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Onion pieces 1 Small
  Cumin 1 Teaspoon
  Sea salt 1 Teaspoon
  Whole peppercorns 6 Medium
Directions

MAKING
1. In the vita mix combine butternut squash, almonds, garlic, onion, cumin, sea salt and whole peppercorn.
2. Blend for 4-5 minutes until smooth.

SERVING
3. Serve Butternut Squash Soup with a garnish of pumpkin seeds.
