Cabbage Soup

Ingredients
  Cabbage 4 Pound, shredded
  Onions 2 , chopped
  Butter 4 Tablespoon
  Water 2 Tablespoon
  Canned tomatoes 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Kosher salt 2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Caraway seeds 1 Teaspoon
  Sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1) Into a saucepan, melt the butter and cook the cabbage and onions
2) Sprinkle in the flour and slowly add in the water
3) Stir briskly till the soup reaches a boiling point
4) Tip in the tomatoes, salt, pepper, sugar, lemon juice, caraway seeds
5) Cook the soup for an hour on a low flame
6) Check for seasoning and add according to desired taste

SERVING
7) Serve the soup warm
