Tomato Soup

Ingredients
  Canned tomatoes 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Onion 4 Tablespoon, grated
  Kosher salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 2 Teaspoon
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs), scalded
  Cooked rice 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1) In a saucepan, over a low heat, cook the tomatoes, water,, onion salt and sugar for about 30 minutes
2) Pass the liquid through a food mill
3) Add in milk and rice and stir well

SERVING
4) Serve the soup portioned into soup bowls
