Ingredients
  Eggs 2
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sifted flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Kosher salt 1 Teaspoon
  Baking powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1) In a bowl, mix together the eggs, water and salt
2) Mix the flour and baking powder to the egg mixture
3) Into boiling salted water, droop teaspoonfuls of the mixture
4) Allow to rise to the top
5) Drain onto absorbent kitchen towel

SERVING
6) Serve as per desired taste to thick or thin a soup
