  Onion 1 Large, chopped
  Garlic 5 Clove (25 gm), minced
  Carrot 1 , halved lengthwise and sliced
  Celery rib 1 , sliced
  Green pepper 1 Large, chopped
  Potatos 3 Large, diced
  Chopped tomatoes 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Corn 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Fresh Or Frozen)
  Kasha 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (Buckwheat Groats)
  Dried parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Dried dill weed 1 Teaspoon
  Thyme 1 Teaspoon
  Marjoram 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Bay leaves 2
  Cayenne pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Water/Vegetable stock 6 Cup (96 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1.Take a soup kettle,add all the ingredients and let it come to a boil.
2. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes
3. Adjust seasoning

SERVING
4.Serve hot
