Curried Turkey Soup
|Diced cooked turkey||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Diced peeled apple||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped onions||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Flour||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Salt||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Saute celery, apple and onion in butter in saucepan until tender; blend in flour, curry powder, salt and pepper.
Add milk gradually; simmer, stirring constantly, until thickened.
Add turkey; heat through.
