Zucchini Soup

Ingredients
  Chicken broth 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Skim milk/Low-fat yogurt 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Zucchini 2 Pound, thinly sliced
  Onion 1 Cup (16 tbs), diced
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1) Take a saucepan and combine together broth, onions, seasonings and zucchini in it.
2) Cook over medium-low heat until vegetables become very tender.
3) Add yogurt or skin milk.
4) Adjust the seasoning as per taste.

SERVING
5) Pour the soup in bowls and serve immediately.
