American Creamy Potato Soup
|Potatoes||8 Ounce, peeled|
|White stock/Water||1 Pint|
|Thin cream/Evaporated milk||5 Tablespoon|
|Salt||To Taste (As Required)|
|Pepper||To Taste (As Required)|
|Cayenne pepper||To Taste (As Required, For Garnish)|
|Watercress/Parsley||1 , chopped (As Required, For Garnish)|
1) In stock or water add potatoes, onion with bay leaf and simmer till soft.
2)Remove the mixture and seive it or smash it with a wooden spoon until very smooth.
3)Further to prepare white sauce mix butter, flour and milk adding potato puree in it and cream in it.
4)Reheat for sometime.
5)Season the soup and garnish with cayenne pepper and chopped watercress or parsley.
6)This yummy Creamy Potato Soup can be served with diced ham.
