Kidney and Bacon Soup

Ingredients
  Pig kidney 1
  Bacon rasher 1 (Good Sized)
  Leek 1
  Mushrooms 2 Ounce
  Water 3⁄4 Pint
  Salt To Taste (As Required)
  Pepper To Taste
  Flour 1⁄2 Ounce
  Toasted croutons 1 Cup (16 tbs) (As Required)
Directions

MAKING
1)In a saucepan fry finely cut bacon till the fat disappears.
2)Add finely cut kidney, leek and mushrooms,fry, let it not brown.
3)After adding sesoning and little water simmer the mixture for 35 minutes.
4)Blend the flour and add it to the soup.
5)Boil the soup for 4-5 minutes.
SERVING
6)Serve this delicious Kidney And Bacon Soup with toasted croutons.
