Country Kitchen Soup

Ingredients
  Baby lima beans 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Small red beans 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Yellow split peas 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Green split peas 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lentils 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Pinto beans 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Pearl barley 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Water 2 Quart
  Ham bone 1 Large
  Onion 1 Large, chopped
  Chili powder 1 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Canned tomatoes 32 Ounce, chopped (2 cans, 16-ounce each)
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Wash beans and all other legumes.
2) Cover with cold water and set aside to soak overnight.

MAKING
3) Take a saucepan and drained beans and legumes.
4) Stir in water and ham bone.
5) Bring the mixture to a boil. Cover and reduce heat. Simmer for about 2 1/2 hours.
6) Add all the remaining ingredients and simmer for about 30 minutes or more.

SERVING
7) Spoon out the soup in individual bowls and serve immediately.
