Peach Soup

Ingredients
  Peaches 12 (5 cups)
  Orange juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Pineapple juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sour cream 3 Tablespoon
  Ginger 1⁄2 Teaspoon, grated
  Sour cream/Mint leaf, thin slice 1 Tablespoon (for garnish)
Directions

MAKING
1)Peel the peaches,pit and slice them
2)Place in a blender with pineapple juice,orange juice, sour cream and ginger
3)Blitz at high speed for 15 seconds
4)Chill the soup.

SERVING
5)Serve with garnish, and peach slice
