Cheese Soup

Ingredients
  Margarine 1⁄2 , melted
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed or chopped
  Celery stalks 2 , finely chopped
  Carrots 2 , peeled and finely chopped
  Onion 1 Small, peeled and finely chopped
  Broccoli 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Cauliflower 1 , chopped
  Flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chicken broth 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Milk 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Cheddar cheese 2 Cup (32 tbs), shredded
  Worcestershire sauce 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Salt To Taste
  Almonds 1⁄4 , sliced and roasted
Directions

MAKING
1)Make a double boiler,and on the top bowl,add butter.
2)Toss the vegetables and cook until tender,stir frequently.
3)Add the flour.stir again.
4)Now pour chicken broth,and boil,always stirring.
5)Add the cheese,milk and seasoning.
6)Cook for upto an hour,in the double boiler.

SERVING
7)Sprinkle with almonds and serve.
