Cream Of Spinach Soup
|Margarine||1 Ounce (Luxury)|
|Frozen chopped spinach||12 Ounce (1 large packet)|
|Salt||To Taste (as required)|
|Pepper||To Taste (as required)|
|Thin cream||3 Tablespoon (optional)|
1)In a pan, put margarine and flour, let it cook.
2)Gradually stir milk into the pan and let it boil till thick.
3)Add chopped frozen spinach in the mixture and cook only for 3-4 minutes, without over-cooking it.
4)Season it, and for a touch of luxury, add cream in it.
5)Serve the Cream Of Spinach Soup with crusty bread.
