Cream Of Spinach Soup

Ingredients
  Margarine 1 Ounce (Luxury)
  Flour 1 Ounce
  Milk 1 Pint
  Frozen chopped spinach 12 Ounce (1 large packet)
  Salt To Taste (as required)
  Pepper To Taste (as required)
  Thin cream 3 Tablespoon (optional)
Directions

MAKING
1)In a pan, put margarine and flour, let it cook.
2)Gradually stir milk into the pan and let it boil till thick.
3)Add chopped frozen spinach in the mixture and cook only for 3-4 minutes, without over-cooking it.
4)Season it, and for a touch of luxury, add cream in it.
SERVING
5)Serve the Cream Of Spinach Soup with crusty bread.
