Ingredients
  Dried split peas 8 Ounce
  Bacon stock 2 Pint (Left From Boiling Bacon Piece)
  Onions 2
  Carrot 1
  Turnip 1
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste (Use As Required)
  Mint sprigs 3 (Use As Required)
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Use bacon stock to soak peas overnight.
MAKING
2)In a saucepan put chopped vegetables, seasoning and mint.
3)Simmer the mixture for atleast 1 1/2 hours.
4)Seive the soup and reheat, adding sugar and seasoning if required.
SERVING
5)Serve this delectable dried pea soup with crepe-like pancakes.
