Turkey Soups & Stews

Easter is coming and so are the leftovers. In this episode, we will show you some basics to make a hearty soup or stew with some leftover turkey. Once you know that, you can make pot pies and even chowders. Have a Happy Easter and have fun in the kitchen!
Ingredients
  Onion 1 Medium
  Herbs 1 Tablespoon
  Bell peppers 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Stock 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Turkey meat 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Corn starch 1 Tablespoon (To thicken the soup)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a pot saute onions, herbs and vegetables. Add the stock and let that simmer for a few minutes before you add the meat.
2. Add the meat and simmer for a while more and you can also add corn starch to thicken the soup.

SERVING
3. Serve warm.
