Beer Cheese Soup

Ingredients
  Milk 6 Cup (96 tbs)
  Canned beer 24 Ounce, divided (2 Cans, 12 Ounce Each)
  Processed cheese spread 40 Ounce (2 Jars, 16 Ounce Each, Plus 1 Jar Of 8 Ounce)
  Canned chicken broth 10 3⁄4 Ounce, undiluted (1 Can)
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Hot sauce 3 Dash
  Cornstarch 6 Tablespoon (1/4 Cup Plus 2 Tablespoons)
Directions

MAKING
1) Mix together the milk and 2 1/2 cups of the beer into a Dutch oven
2) Cook the mixture over a low heat till just heated
3) Add in the cheese spread, broth, Worcestershire sauce and the hot sauce and continue to cook over a low heat
4) Add in the cornstarch and remaining beer and mi well
5) Add to the cheese mixture and simmer till just thickened taking care not to boil

SERVING
6) Portion the soup on 6 bowls and serve warm
