Artichoke Soup

Ingredients
  Sunflower oil 10 Milliliter (2 Teaspoon)
  Onion 1 Medium, finely chopped
  Jerusalem artichokes 1 Pound, peeled and diced (450 Gram)
  Potato 1 Small, peeled and diced
  Skimmed milk 1⁄2 Pint (300 Milliliter)
  Vegetable stock 1⁄2 Pint (300 Milliliter)
  Gomasio To Taste (Salt)
  White pepper To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1.In a large saucepan, heat oil.
2.Add onions to it and fry for 4-5 minutes until tender.
3.Stir in artichokes and potatoes and cook gently for 5 minutes.
4.Let the color not change.
5.Add milk and stock and boil.
Put the lid on and simmer for 25- 30 minutes.
6.Allow to cool and then blend until smooth.
7.Add seasoning of Gomasio and pepper.
8.Reheat.

SERVING
9.Serve warm.
