Cold Spinach Soup
|Frozen chopped spinach||10 Ounce (1 package)|
|Instant chicken bouillon||2 Tablespoon|
|Sour cream||1⁄4 Pint|
|Water||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
1. Partially thaw spinach and break into small chunks.
2. Into a blender blend it with half of the water.
3. Add remaining water and seasonings and mix again.
4. Add sour cream and blend and chill thoroughly.
5. Serve garnished with cream sauce.
