Microwave Fresh Mushroom Soup

Ingredients
  Chopped fresh mushrooms 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Light cream 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Condensed beef consomm 10 1⁄2 Ounce (1 can)
  Dry sherry 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Finely diced onion 1 Tablespoon, finely diced
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Teaspoon
  White pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a microwave oven, place glass mixing bowl, add mushrooms, light cream, condensed beef consomme, dry sherry, flour, onion, Worcestershire sauce, and white pepper, except sour cream.
2. Cook on a setting of ROAST (7) for about 15-18 minutes, until the mixture thickens.

SERVING
3. Serve the mushroom soup after topping with a dollop of sour cream, if desired.
