Microwave Fresh Mushroom Soup
|Chopped fresh mushrooms||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Light cream||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Condensed beef consomm||10 1⁄2 Ounce (1 can)|
|Dry sherry||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Finely diced onion||1 Tablespoon, finely diced|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Teaspoon|
|White pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
1. In a microwave oven, place glass mixing bowl, add mushrooms, light cream, condensed beef consomme, dry sherry, flour, onion, Worcestershire sauce, and white pepper, except sour cream.
2. Cook on a setting of ROAST (7) for about 15-18 minutes, until the mixture thickens.
3. Serve the mushroom soup after topping with a dollop of sour cream, if desired.
