Healthy And Hearty Beef Vegetable Barley Soup

Vegetable beef barley soup is an heathy and delicious food with right amount of vegetables, meat, spices and above all the very healthy barley. The soup is a complete meal in itself.
Ingredients
  Beef 1⁄2 Pound, cut in small pieces
  Olive oil 4 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 , sliced
  Worcestershire sauce 4 Tablespoon
  Celery 2 , sliced
  Carrot 2 , sliced
  Green pepper 1 , sliced
  Garlic cloves 4 , minced
  Potato 1 , diced
  Parsley 1 Teaspoon
  Thyme 1 Teaspoon
  Basil 1 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Celery seed 1 Teaspoon
  Water 6 Cup (96 tbs)
  Barley 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Ketchup 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

1. Medium heat the large pot.
2. Add olive oil to the pot.
3. Add beef pieces, onion, worcestershire sauce, celery, carrot, green pepper, garlic, and potato.
4. Add parsley, thyme, basil, black pepper, salt, celery seed, water, barley and squirt of ketchup.
5. Boil for 5 minutes, lower the heat.
6. Cover the pot, simmer for 2 hours.
7. Enjoy!
