Ginger Carrot Soup

Ingredients
  Organic carrots 1 Pound
  Sweet vidala onion 1⁄4
  Squash 1 Medium
  Fresh grated ginger 2 Ounce
  Filtered water 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Coconut milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sea salt 1 Tablespoon
  Pumpkin pie spice 3 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine ingredients in large pot and cook on medium heat for 30-40 minutes. You can choose to either puree in blender or leave chunky.
