Crab And Spinach Soup

Ingredients
  Fresh crabmeat/Canned crabmeat 1⁄2 Pound
  Chicken broth 6 Cup (96 tbs)
  Onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Dry sherry 3 Tablespoon
  Fresh gingerroot 1 Teaspoon, grated
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  White pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Fresh spinach 4 Cup (64 tbs), washed, cut into shreds (Deveined)
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Rinse and pick over crab

MAKING
2. In a Dutch oven, combine chicken broth, onion, sherry, ginger-root, salt and pepper and boil it
3. Add spinach leaves and crab , cover and simmer for 5 minutes

SERVING
4. Serve with breadsticks
5. Serve with garlic bread
