Spinach Soup

Ingredients
  Lean beef with bones 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Water 6 Cup (96 tbs)
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Potatoes 6 Medium, cubed
  Onions 3 , sliced
  Fresh spinach 1 1⁄2 Pound, washed and coarsely chopped
  Tomatoes 4 , peeled and cut into wedges
  Nutmeg 1 Teaspoon (Or To Taste)
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1) In a slow cooker, place together beef, water, salt, potatoes and onions.
2) Put the lid on and simmer for 8 hours.
3) Stir in the spinach and tomatoes, just 10 minutes before the cooking ends.

FINALIZING
4) Take the beef out of the soup and cut it into 1 inch cubes.
5) Place the beef back in the soup.
6) Stir in nutmeg, pepper and salt if desired.

SERVING
7) Serve the soup hot and sprinkle parsley if desired.
