|Yeast extract||1 Teaspoon (For Flavoring)|
1. In a pan add vegetable stock and boil it.
2. Mince or chop vegetables and add it to the boiling stock and cook over low flame for about half an hour.
3. Stir in yeast extract at least 10 minutes before serving.
4. Serve the steaming vegetable soup with freshly cooked noodles.
