Leek And Lentil Soup

Ingredients
  Leeks 6 Ounce, trimmed (170 Gram)
  Vegetable oil 3 Teaspoon
  Vegetable stock/Water 1 Pint (570 Milliliter)
  Red lentils 4 Ounce (115 Gram)
  Sea salt To Taste
  Bouquet garni 1 (It Is A Bunch Of Herbs, So You Can Use Whatever Is Available Or Buy From Health Food Shops)
  Yeast extract 1 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. Take a heavy bottom pan put oil and cook the leeks on low heat, stirring frequently.
2. Add lentils, stock, sea salt, bouquet garni and simmer untill lentils are soft.
3.Puree the soup and discard the bouquet garni.
4. Add a little yeast extraxt for extra flavour.

SERVING
5. Serve hot in soup bowls.
