Black and White Bean Soup

Ingredients
  Kielbasa/Smoked sausage 1⁄2 Pound, sliced
  Sliced leeks 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Sauerkraut 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), drained, rinsed
  Canned black beans 16 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Canned white kidney beans 16 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Canned vegetable juice 36 Ounce (3 Cans, 12 Ounce Each)
  Condensed chicken broth 10 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)
  Caraway seed 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cayenne pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Sour cream 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1) Take a 4-quart saucepan and pour chicken broth along with vegetable juice in it. Add black beans, Kielbasa or smoked sausage, leeks, black beans, sauerkraut, white kidney beans and caraway seed to the liquid. Bring the mixture to a boil.
2) Reduce the heat and cover. Simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

SERVING
3) Serve hot with sour cream and pamper your tastebuds!
