Chilled Minted Pea Soup
Milk - 1 Soup Can
Light Cream - ¼ cup
Dried mint flakes - ½ tsp, crushed
1. Take a bowl and combine condensed green pea soup, milk, light cream and dried mint flakes.
2. Chill the soup for about 4 hours before serving.
3. The dish is served after garnishing with a dollop of minced mint leaves, dollop of yogurt, and scallions.
