Banana Soup With Cinnamon Croutons

Ingredients
  Ripe banana 2 Medium, peeled and cubed
  Plain low fat yogurt 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Unsweetened orange juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Skim milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Light rum 1 Tablespoon
  Cinnamon powder 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon croutons 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1. In an electric mixer, combine all the ingredients, except croutons. Blend well till smooth.
2. Transfer on to a serving bowl and cling wrap. Refrigerate for 2 hours.

SERVING
3. Serve chilled, garnished with Cinnamon croutons.
