|Freshly squeezed lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Freshly squeezed lime juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Plain low fat yogurt||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
1) Halve the cantaloupe, discard seeds, peel and cut into pieces.
2) In a food processor or blender, process the melon, lemon juice, lime juice and honey until pureed.
3) Refrigerate the puree until chilled.
4) Stir and spoon into 4 dessert dishes, then top each with 1 tablespoon yogurt and serve the Melon Soup immediately.
