Ingredients
  Leeks 2 , thinly sliced
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Condensed chicken vegetable soup 21 1⁄2 Ounce (2 cans, 10 3/4 ounces each)
  Water 240 Milliliter (2 soup cans)
  Cooked prunes 6 , pitted
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
Directions

MAKING
1) In a saucepan, add butter to melt over medium heat.
2) Add leeks and cook until tender.
3) Stir in remaining ingredients.
4) Heat up the mixture by occasional stirring.

SERVING
5) Serve the soup in individual bowls and season with more black pepper, if desired.
