Shiitake Mushroom Soup

Ingredients
  Canned ready to serve chicken broth 29 Ounce (2 cans, 14 1/2 ounces each)
  Shiitake mushrooms 3 1⁄2 Ounce, sliced (1 package)
  Bell pepper 1 Small, chopped to make 1/2 cup
  Sugar snap peas 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped fresh rosemary/1 teaspoon dried rosemary 1 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Chinese noodles 4 Ounce (plain)
Directions

MAKING
1) In a 2-quart saucepan, mix all ingredients except noodles. 2) Boil it, over medium heat for 3 minutes.
3) Now add noodles.
4) Let it boil, then reduce heat.
5) Simmer uncovered 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.

SERVING
6) Serve the soup hot.
