Romertopf Potato Soup

Ingredients
  Potatoes 2 Pound, peeled, chopped
  Minced meat 1⁄2 Pound
  Stock 2 Pint
  Bacon 2 Tablespoon, chopped
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 , chopped
  Bouquet garni 1
  Marjoram 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat the oven to 400F.

MAKING
2) In a skillet, add in the bacon and chooped onion. Saute till they brown slightly.
3) Transfer the mixture into a pre-soaked romertorpf.
4) Next, add in the bouquet garni along with potatoes.
5) Pour in the stock, and add in marjoram. Give the mixture a good stire.
6) Cover and cook for 1 1/4 hours. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

SERVING
7) Serve the Potato Soup in individual serving bowls with a dot of butter in each. Sprinkle with chopped parsley leaves, if desired.
