Okra Soup

Ingredients
  Dried okra powder 2 Tablespoon
  Smoked fish powder 1 Tablespoon
  Beef 200 Gram
  Water 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Peanut butter 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Boneless fish 1 , pre-boiled
  Spring onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), sliced
  Onion slice 1
  Bouillon cube 1
  Chilies To Taste
  Salt To Taste
Directions

In the food processor, add the meat ,fish, onion , spring onion, chilies and one bouillon cube, then blend the whole together.

Next, in a casserole add some water,then add the mixture and the peanut butter, bring it to boil and add the smoked fish powder. Let it simmer for 10min , then salt and add the okra powder.

Mix the whole very well and let it cook for another 5 min. When ready serve with some Toh or Fufu.
