Blender Almond Soup

Ingredients
  Almonds 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chicken stock/Chicken bouillon 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Dry mustard 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Flour 1 Tablespoon
  Cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a pan saute almonds in a little butter.
2. Blend well in a blender, adding 1 cup stock, mustard, paprika, sugar and flour.
3. Transfer into saucepan and reheat adding remaining stock and cream without letting it to boil.

SERVING
4. Serve the soup hot with a garnish of fresh cream and sprinkle of pepper.
