Ingredients
Spinach tomato soup
  Spinach 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Tomatoes 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
Spinach scallion soup
  Celery 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Scallions 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Dates 8 Large
  Spinach 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

SPINACH TOMATO SOUP
MAKING
1. In a food processor, combine tomatoes, lemon juice and spinach. Blend till smooth.

SERVING
2. Pour in a bowl and serve.

SPINACH SCALLION SOUP
MAKING
1. In a blender, combine scallions, celery, lemon juice, spinach and dates.
2. Add water and blend until smooth.

SERVING
3. Serve it chilled.
