Beefy Bean Soup
|Cabbage||3 Cup (48 tbs), coarsely chopped|
|Onion||1 Medium, chopped to make 1/2 cup|
|Water||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Canned lima beans||17 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Condensed bean with bacon soup||11 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Prepared mustard||1 Tablespoon|
|Canned corned beef||12 Ounce, chilled and diced (1 Can)|
1. In a saucepan simmer cabbage and onion in the water, covered, for about 10 minutes or till tender.
2. Combine the un-drained beans, soup, and mustard to the cabbage-onion mixture.
3. Stir in corned beef; heat through but do not boil.
4. Arrange the Beefy Bean Soup into individual serving bowl and serve hot with toasted garlic bread.
