Ham and Pea Soup

Ingredients
  Condensed green pea soup 2 1⁄2 Ounce (2 Cans Of 1 1/4 Ounce Each)
  Chicken broth 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Canned ham 6 3⁄4 Ounce, drained and diced (1 Can, Chunky Style / 1 Cup, Diced Cooked)
  Canned mushroom stems and pieces 2 Ounce (1 Can)
  Dry white wine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a saucepan combine together pea soup, chicken broth and milk.
2. Cook for about 10 minutes or till heated through, stirring continuously to mix well.
3. Stir in ham, un-drained mushrooms, and wine; heat through but do not boil.

SERVING
4. Arrange the Ham and Pea Soup into individual serving bowl and serve hot with toasted garlic bread.
