Ham And Pea Soup
|Condensed green pea soup||2 1⁄2 Ounce (2 Cans Of 1 1/4 Ounce Each)|
|Chicken broth||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Milk||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Canned ham||6 3⁄4 Ounce, drained and diced (1 Can, Chunky Style / 1 Cup, Diced Cooked)|
|Canned mushroom stems and pieces||2 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Dry white wine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
1. In a saucepan combine together pea soup, chicken broth and milk.
2. Cook for about 10 minutes or till heated through, stirring continuously to mix well.
3. Stir in ham, un-drained mushrooms, and wine; heat through but do not boil.
4. Arrange the Ham and Pea Soup into individual serving bowl and serve hot with toasted garlic bread.
