Avocado Curry Soup

Ingredients
  Ripe avocados 2 , peeled and pitted
  Canned chicken broth/Chicken-bouillon cubes, 8 cubes to 4 cups of hot water 4 Cup (64 tbs), canned
  Cream 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Light rum 4 Tablespoon
  Seasoned salt 1 Teaspoon
  Freshly ground pepper To Taste
  Lemon 1 , quartered
  Curry powder 1 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1) In a blender, add all the ingredients together, except the lemon slices.
2) Blend thoroughly, until the soup is smooth, then refrigerate to chill.

SERVING
3) Serve the Avocado Soup chilled in mugs along with a slice of lemon.
