Cheese Topped Vegetable Soup
|Chopped onion||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sliced celery||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Beef bouillon||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Cubed cooked chicken||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Frankfurters||1⁄2 Pound, sliced pennywise|
|Hard sausage||1⁄4 Pound, diced (Dry Type)|
|Gruyere cheese||6 Ounce, shredded (1 Package, Valio Brand)|
1. In a large pan, add the butter and heat well
2. Add the onions and the celery to the pan and sautÃ© on medium heat till the vegetables are tender.
3. Add the bouillon cubes, chicken, sausage and frankfurters to the pan and cook again for 15 minutes
4. Garnish with VALIO Gruyere cheese and serve hot.
