Cottage Cheese Tomato Soup
|Tomato juice||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Cream-style cottage cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Milk||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Soy sauce||2 Teaspoon|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Teaspoon|
|Bottled hot pepper sauce||4 Drop (Use Few Drops)|
|Green onion||2 Tablespoon, sliced|
1. In a blender mix together the tomato juice, cottage cheese, milk, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, hot pepper sauce and half the green onion.
2. Blend till the mixture becomes smooth.
3. Cover and chill before serving.
4. Arrange the soup into individual soup bowl and garnish with the remaining green onion.
