Cabbage And Shrimp Soup
|Celery cabbage head/Green cabbage||1 , shredded|
|Raw shrimp||1⁄2 Pound, shelled, deveined and sliced|
|Water||6 Cup (96 tbs)|
|Sliced water chestnuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Scallions||1 , finely chopped|
1) In a saucepan, heat oil and sautÃ© shrimps for 3 minutes.
2) Add the water, water chestnuts, salt and cabbage.
3) Bring the mixture to a boil, cover and simmer for 15 minutes or until cabbage is tender and crisp.
4) Serve the Cabbage And Shrimp Soup hot, garnished with parsley.
