Cabbage And Shrimp Soup

Ingredients
  Celery cabbage head/Green cabbage 1 , shredded
  Raw shrimp 1⁄2 Pound, shelled, deveined and sliced
  Oil 2 Teaspoon
  Water 6 Cup (96 tbs)
  Sliced water chestnuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Scallions 1 , finely chopped
Directions

MAKING
1) In a saucepan, heat oil and sauté shrimps for 3 minutes.
2) Add the water, water chestnuts, salt and cabbage.
3) Bring the mixture to a boil, cover and simmer for 15 minutes or until cabbage is tender and crisp.

SERVING
4) Serve the Cabbage And Shrimp Soup hot, garnished with parsley.
