Egg Drop Soup

Ingredients
  Chicken broth 6 Cup (96 tbs)
  Minced chicken 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Water chestnuts 4 , chopped
  Cornstarch 2 Teaspoon
  Water 3 Tablespoon
  Eggs 3 , beaten
  Chopped scallions 1 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1) In a saucepan, bring broth, chicken and water chestnuts to boil.
2) In a cup, mix cornstarch and water together.
3) Pour the cornstarch mixture into the soup.
4) Add the eggs until set.

SERVING
5) Serve hot with scallions.
