Potato And Pork Bonefish Soup

Ingredients
  Pork bones 1 Pound
  Water 8 Cup (128 tbs)
  Salt 1 Tablespoon
  Potatoes 1 , peeled and cubed
  Tomatoes 1 , cubed
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1) In a saucepan, combine the bones and water.
2) Bring it to a boil and skim the top.
3) Add salt, cover and simmer for1 1/2 hour.
4) Add in potatoes and tomatoes and cook for 20 minutes more.
5) Discard the bones.

SERVING
6) Serve hot in a warm soup bowl, garnished with parsley.
