Ingredients
  Pork bones/Beef bones 1 Pound, washed (3 Pieces)
  Water 10 Cup (160 tbs)
  Onion 1
  Shrimp 6 (Dried Or Fresh)
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Seaweed/Spinach 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cooked fine noodles 8 Ounce (Chinese If Available)
  Sesame oil/Peanut oil 2 Teaspoon
  Soy sauce 2 Teaspoon
  Ham slice 2 , cut in julienne
  Roast pork/Beef 2 , cut in julienne
  Scallions 3 , chopped fine
  Hard-cooked eggs 2 , chopped coarsely
  Accent 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1) In a saucepan combine the bones with water.
2) Bring to a boil and skim off the top.
3) Add the onions, shrimp, salt and seaweed or spinach.
4) Cook over medium heat for 1 ½ hours.
5) In a cup mix together soy sauce and oil.

MAKING
6) Strain the bones and remove fat.
7) Divide the noodles among 8-10 soup bowls.
8) Sprinkle with the soy sauce mixture.
9) Pour the soup over the noodles evenly.

SERVING
10) Serve the soup hot garnished with ham, pork or beef,crushed bacon scallions, eggs and Ac-€™cent.
