Fish Ball Soup

Ingredients
  Fillet sole 1 Pound
  Shelled deveined shrimp 1⁄2 Pound
  Scallions 3 , finely chopped
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Powdered ginger 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cornstarch 1 Teaspoon
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Dashi stock/3 cup beef broth 6 Cup (96 tbs)
  Clam juice 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Shredded spinach 1⁄2 Pound
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Grind together the sole, shrimp and scallions.
2) Add salt, pepper, ginger, cornstarch and oil, to the fish mixture.

MAKING
3) Shape the mixture into walnut size balls.
4) In a saucepan, bring dashi or the broth and clam juice to a boil.
5) Carefully drop the fish balls and spinach into it.
6) Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes.

SERVING
7) Serve it hot, in a warm soup bowl.
