Flavorsome Clam Soup
|Clams||36 , scrubbed and washed|
|Beef||1⁄2 Pound, cut into paper-thin slices|
|Ground sesame seeds||2 Tablespoon|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Soy sauce||3 Tablespoon|
|Water||5 Cup (80 tbs)|
|Dried ground chili peppers||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
1) In a skillet, heat oil and brown the beef slices.
2) Add the sesame paste, garlic, soy sauce, water and chili peppers.
3) Bring to a boil.
4) Simmer for 30 minutes.
5) Add the clams and cook until they open.
6) Serve hot along with steamed rice.
