St Germain Pea Soup

Ingredients
  Cream of pea soup 3 Can (30 oz)
  Canned chicken broth 240 Milliliter (2 Soup Cans)
  Carrot 1 , thinly sliced
  Onion 1 , thinly sliced
  Lettuce leaves 2
  Mint sprig 1
  Sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Butter 3 Tablespoon
  Sweet cream/Milk 120 Milliliter (1 Soup Can)
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
  Croutons 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Blend cream of pea soup, chicken broth, carrot, onion, lettuce leaves, mint and sugar in an electric blender.
Cook over boiling water 15 minutes.
Add butter and sweet cream or milk.
Heat through.
Serve with black pepper and croutons.
