Chicken Mushroom Udon Broth

Ingredients
  Chicken breast 1
  Chicken broth 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Mushrooms 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), sliced
  Soy sauce 2 Teaspoon
  Udon noodles/Fine egg noodles 1 Cup (16 tbs), cooked (Japanese Noodles)
  Lemon peel slices 4 (Thin)
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Slice the chicken very thinly.

MAKING
2) In a saucepan boil the broth and add chicken, cook for 5 minutes.
3) Add mushrooms and cook for 3 minutes more.
4) Stir in the soy sauce and noodles, cook for 1 minute.

SERVING
5) Serve hot with a slice in lemon peel.
