|Cream cheese||8 Ounce, softened (1 Package)|
|Curry powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Freshly squeezed lemon juice||1 Teaspoon|
|Canned beef consomme||10 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Stuffed green olives||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), sliced|
|Parsley sprigs||4 (Several Sprigs)|
In a food processor or blender, process the cream cheese, curry powder, lemon juice, and half of the consomme until smooth.
Pour the mixture into 6 demi-tasse cups and refrigerate until firm, about 3 hours.
Divide the remaining consomme among the cups and chill until firm, about 2 hours.
Garnish with a slice of olive and a bit of parsley.
